Refund policy
At North America Outdoors, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at etraderhe2023@gmail.com. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the delivery fees for returning your item.
Return Acceptance
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
